Or that you can pick up art for your home, created by world renowned artists for a song in small villages a few hours north of Patna? Or that some of the most important Buddhist sites in the world are not in counties like Thailand or Cambodia but right here in Bihar!

Bihar has had a bad rap for years due to its reputation of being unsafe to travel but we are here to tell you thats all in the past, and yes, despite its challenges, Bihar IS worth a visit!

We spent a couple of weeks exploring Bihar and whilst it wasn’t all rosy, it certainly was an adventure!
